Every contributor is paid per hour, directly, by bank transfer or UPI. Never routed through employers.
Devices & quality pre-check
Device distribution and charging, plus daily pre-checks for framing, lighting and hand visibility before upload.
Consent-first, as per Indian law
Our collection protocol is designed to the consent standards of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
- Individual written consent from each contributor, with notice of purpose. Never consent via management alone.
- Free opt-out at any time, with no effect on the contributor's job.
- Audio disabled at the device level by default.
- No faces, IDs or screens in frame; no recording in break areas or washrooms.
- Co-worker notice on every recording floor.
- Site details shared under a mutual NCNDA.
